E-Statement is an electronic version of your statement and images. You will receive a notice via your email address letting you know that the current statement is available. You can view and print your statement right from your computer, or save it to your computer to refer to it at a later date. Avoid the traditional mail delivery method.
- Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail? Return to Top
As soon as you sign up for E-Statements you will no longer receive a paper statement.
- When will I receive my E-Statement? Return to Top
Historically, you have waited for your paper statement to be mailed and waited for mail delivery. E-Statements bypasses all of this. So you will be receiving your statement 3-4 days sooner.
- Will my E-Statement look the same as my paper statement? Return to Top
Yes. Your E-Statement will look very similar to your paper statement.
- May I receive my electronic statement from time to time, without signing up for E-Statements? Return to Top
You will be given the option of receiving an E-Statement or a paper statement. You can change how you receive your statements through Personal Credit Union.
- Will I receive an E-Statement for all of my accounts? Return to Top
As long as each of your accounts is signed up for the service, you will receive an email notification that they are available.
- Is there a charge for E-Statements? Return to Top
There is no charge to receive electronic statements. Refer to the fees and charges schedule for more information.
- Do I have to sign up for Personal Credit Union in order to receive an E-Statement? Return to Top
Yes. Once you are signed up for Personal Credit Union, you will access the E-Statement feature by clicking on the E-Docs button on the left-hand side. There, you will see two options: View E-Statements and Sign up for E-Statements.
- Is my statement information secure? Return to Top
As is the case with everything traveling through the Internet, security is always an issue. Even statements being mailed via the postal system has its own set of security issues. This is why KSCFCU has chosen only to notify you via email that your statement is ready and where to go to retrieve it. Your E-Statement will be available through our secure server.
- Will I be able to print my statement? Return to Top
Yes, once downloaded, you will be able to print all information on your E-Statement.
Mac Users: You may not be able to use the print command in the pop-up window. Click on print statement, then go to your browser toolbar and click file>print.
- How do I sign up for E-Statements? Return to Top
As mentioned, you will need to sign up for Personal Credit Union online banking. You can do so over the phone or at any branch. Once you are enabled for PCU, you can then select to receive your statements electronically.
- Can I have my E-Statement notification sent to more than one email address? Return to Top
The email notification will send one notification to the one address we have in our system for each account.
- What if I change my email address? Return to Top
In order to continue receiving your E-Statement notification, you need to notify us of your email address change. This can be done by contacting our Account Specialists Department at 321-455-9400, option 1, or toll-free 800-662-5257, option 1, or you may change your email address through Personal Credit Union online banking (found under Preferences button).
- How long will it take to set up my E-Statement? Return to Top
Once you have responded to our set-up verification email you will be set up within 24-hours. You will see your first E-Statement within two business days, following the day your statement dropped.
- Who should I contact if I don't receive my E-Statement notification? Return to Top
Contact our Account Specialists Department at 321-455-9400, option 1, or toll-free 800-662-5257, option 1. Remember, if we don't have your correct email address, you won't receive the notification.
- How do I cancel my E-Statement? Return to Top
You may cancel your E-Statement service at any time by providing us with written notice by postal mail or by sending an email to our Member Services Department. It may take as long as forty-five (45) days from the Credit Union's receipt of your written notice of cancellation for you to receive your next monthly printed mailed statement, with all subsequent printed and mailed statements arriving monthly thereafter.
