Online Banking (PCU) Security
Click Here to try a demo of Safe2Login, a Security Enhancement Feature for PCU Online Banking!
When it comes to our members' financial information, KSCFCU is committed to providing the most protection possible. That's why we are adding a new security feature to PCU Online Banking called Multi-Factor Authentication provided by Safe2Login. Due to FFIEC requirements (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council) using government approved authentication methods, this heighten security can help ensure that your personal information is protected.
Beginning April 16th, you will see a "Safe2Login Safety Stamp" on the PCU log in screen that will enable you to register with our additional security enhancement protection. As a new user, you will complete a quick registration that will require you to enter a new password and a "Safecode" for use with Safe2Login only. Please do not use your KSCFCU account number or PCU password as a Safe2Login password or code.
After the initial registration, when you sign into PCU Online Banking you will see the Safe2Login Safety Stamp with the personal Safecode that you selected during the registration process.
Safe2Login will use a browser cookie to identify you and no further action is necessary. If your browser clears cookies, or if you use a different computer than the one you originally identified, you will need to revalidate your account with Safe2Login.
Effective July 24th Safe2Login registration is required to securely access PCU Online Banking. For detailed registration instructions or frequently asked questions please refer to the documents below:

Additional Security Information
At KSCFCU, we understand that security is very important to our Internet banking members. In order to insure confidentiality of data transmitted over the public Internet, we encrypt all data transmissions between your computer and our data center using the strongest-available, industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols. Your messages to us are not decrypted until they are inside our firewall. There, they are subject to additional security procedures common to our ATM and telephone banking services.
The encryption process -- which scrambles your data into a form that only your browser and our Web server can understand -- is an effective way to achieve data security. Encryption significantly reduces the possibility of unauthorized users intercepting and reading your account or transaction information. To access Kennedy Space Center FCU's Internet Banking, you must use a browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
User IDs and Passwords are encrypted and are known only to the user. No one at KSCFCU will ever need to know your Password, and you should never furnish it to anyone who claims to represent KSCFCU. As an additional safeguard you are allowed only three attempts to enter your Personal ID and Password correctly on the login page. If you are unsuccessful, you must contact the Credit Union to reset your password. The ability to reset your own password does exist on the homepage, but this service must be set up, in advance, by you. It is a good security measure to change your Password frequently. Simply login, go to "Preferences", and click "Change Password."
