Health Benefits:

  • We offer two tiers of coverage: Choice HMO and Choice Plus HMO

Dental:

  • Dental insurance is available to full-time employees

Life Insurance:

  • As part of employment, KSCFCU pays the full cost of basic life insurance at 2x the annual salary minus $5,000 for eligible, active, full-time employees. Additional voluntary coverage is available at minimal cost.

Long Term Disability:

  • Full-time employees are eligible for long term disability insurance after 180 days of employment. This benefit is provided at no cost to the employee.

401(K) Safe-Harbor Plan:

  • This pre-tax Safe-Harbor plan can supplement your future social security and retirement benefits. Full time employees are eligible to enroll following one year of service. Our plan allows individuals to contribute up to the annual maximum limits that apply. KSCFCU matches 100% up to 4% of employee contributions. Employees are 100% vested in any contributions allocated to their account.

It considers support for the Educational Benefits Program an important vehicle for addressing that need. The Educational Benefits Program is available for full-time employees after one year of employment.
