  • Toll-Free Infoline - Get your financial questions answered immediately by a certified counselor.
  • Credit Report Review - A counselor will review your report with you, making sure you know your rights. BALANCE can even provide a low cost credit report.
  • Money Management Counseling - Take a closer look at your spending and savings plan and develop a plan of action to meet your goals.
  • Debt Management - If your bills are starting to pile up, we can review your options, and even provide a structured repayment plan.
  • Housing Management - Buying a home is one of the biggest financial commitments you'll ever make. Our counselors can help you make a plan.
  • Checking Account Management - Whether you have a history of non-sufficient funds issues or you just eant to know how to best manage your first checking account, BalanceTrack will give you the tools and information necessary to become and remain a successful credit union member.
  • Identity Theft - Learn how to protect yourself from identity theft, and how to recover if you are victimized.

KSCFCU is pleased to offer AlertMe Consumer Credit Monitoring Service to all members!

AlertMe is a new consumer credit monitoring service designed to help you proactively combat identity theft. AlertMe gives early warning of activity on your credit report and, since credit report activity can be a sign of possible identity theft, early detection can help you catch potential problems quickly to minimize losses.
AlertMe monitors your Experian credit file daily. New accounts, credit cards over the credit limit and address changes are just a few ot the items monitored. If an activity occurs, AlertMe will send you an e-mail alerting you to the activity. You can then log into the AlertMe Website to read details about the activity and determine if it is suspicious. The cost is just $4.25 per month with reduced quarterly and annual plans available.

Additional Accounts Becoming Available!

Have you wished you could have a separate savings account, say, for a vacation? Or a separate checking account perhaps for your hobbies? It's coming!
Soon you will be able to establish additional accounts to fit your needs, and name them whatever you wish. You will be able to access them just as you do your main accounts through PCU Online Banking and Shuttletalk. Your additional accounts will be identified by a unique suffix.
As a first step to accommodate the addition of new accounts, the following account suffixes have changed to a 2-digit number:
