The financial crisis and current recessionary environment has created new challenges for all financial institutions. It has also brought with it new opportunities for us to grow our market share and broaden our member base. The larger institutions will remain distracted with stabilizing their balance sheet and integrating newly merged operations. Our strategies must be modernized to ensure future success and the ability to attract the younger market. We will continue to provide high-quality member service to our membership.
